• Guest session data: an anonymous session identifier and the business description, services, prices, and contact details you type or say while creating a site.
• Voice input: audio you record in the widget is sent to our speech-to-text provider for transcription and is not stored by us after transcription completes.
• Google account data: if you sign in, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from Google. We never collect your phone number without an explicit, separate question.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
• Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, error logs) needed to operate and secure the Service.

• To generate, host, and let you edit your site — performance of a contract with you.
• To operate free-tier AI generation and improve reliability — legitimate interest.
• To process payments for paid tiers — performance of a contract and legal obligation (accounting).
• To send optional account-related emails (e.g., a warning before an inactive site is deleted) — legitimate interest.

Site data is retained according to activity, not indefinitely:

• Draft, never published: deleted 14 days after creation if not published.
• Free tier, published: a warning is sent after 75 days without a visit; the site is archived after 90 days without a visit, and permanently deleted 30 days after archiving if it remains untouched.
• Paid tier, active subscription: never deleted automatically.
• Paid tier, subscription cancelled: retained for a 30-day grace period, then deleted if not renewed.

You can request earlier deletion of your account and its data at any time — see Section 6.

We use third-party processors to run the Service: our AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI Whisper or equivalent) to generate and transcribe content, our hosting/database providers (Vercel, Neon) to run and store the Service, and a payment provider to process paid subscriptions. These providers process data on our instructions under their own data-processing terms; some are located outside the EU/EEA (e.g., the US), in which case transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We do not sell your personal data.

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact oazee.com@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies/local storage entries: your guest session identifier, your signed-in session, and your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated before they take effect where required by law.
