Terms of Use

Oazee is operated by Arti Group s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic, IČO 27930432, DIČ CZ27930432, registered address Schulhoffova 793/3, Háje, 149 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic ("Oazee", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of oazee.com and any website created through it (the "Service").

Oazee generates a one-page business website from a voice or text conversation, and lets you manage that site through the same conversational interface afterward (research, design, copy, publishing, and edits are performed by automated AI agents). We do not guarantee that any generated content — including prices, competitor information, or text — is accurate, current, or error-free; you are responsible for reviewing and correcting your published site before relying on it commercially.

You can create a site without registering, using an anonymous guest session tied to your browser. To save a site permanently and keep editing it later, you sign in with Google; we then link your guest session's sites to your account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.

The free tier of the Service may use third-party AI providers (including Google's Gemini models) whose terms permit them to use inputs and outputs from free-tier usage to improve their own models. This limitation does not apply to paid tiers, which use providers under terms that exclude this use.

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices, included subdomain/language slots, and credit allowances may change; we will give notice of material changes before they apply to an active subscription. You retain ownership of the business information, text, images, and brand assets you provide us or that we extract from a website you confirm you own or represent. You grant Oazee a licence to use that content solely to generate, host, and operate your site. Design primitives, templates, generated code, and the Oazee platform itself remain the property of Arti Group s.r.o.

You may not use the Service to generate sites that are illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or that misrepresent a business you are not authorized to represent. We may suspend or remove a site that violates this section or these Terms.

Unpublished drafts, and free/paid published sites that become inactive, are retained and eventually deleted according to the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arti Group s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of a site generated through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Czech or EU consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
